Privacy Policy — Reseller Analytics

Reseller Analytics is a Chrome extension that calculates eBay profit, margin, and ROI for sellers. This policy explains exactly what data it does and does not handle.

What the extension accesses

• eBay pages. On eBay listing and Seller Hub pages, the extension reads the price shown on the page to pre-fill the calculator and displays its own calculator overlay. This is used only on your device and is never sent anywhere.
• Local storage. Your saved calculations and fee settings are stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage.local) so they persist between sessions. They stay on your device and are removed if you clear them or uninstall the extension.

What we do not do

• We do not collect or transmit browsing history, eBay account data, or listing data.
• We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising.
• We do not sell or share any user data with third parties.
• We do not require or access your eBay login.

Payments (Pro subscription)

The optional Pro subscription is processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe. When you subscribe or start a free trial, they collect the information needed to process payment (such as your email address and payment details) under their own privacy policies. The extension itself never sees or stores your payment details.

Children

The extension is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.

If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date below will change and the revised policy will be posted at this URL.
